Apex Legends: Breakout introduces Legend Upgrades, bolstering each Legend's Armor and Abilities. Throughout the season, players unlock Breakout Rewards as six Legends become available, with the opportunity to complete challenges to permanently retain these rewards. The Ranked mode receives an overhaul with a high-risk, high-reward mechanic, encouraging active engagement in each Ranked Split. The 5th Anniversary Collection Event welcomes players with the fast-paced Straight Shot LTM and maps adorned with an Anniversary theme. Upon collecting all 24 new season cosmetics, players are instantly rewarded with 150 heirloom shards.
