Valnir Rok Announced, Early Access This September
A new survival sandbox is coming with Valnir Rok which brings a little Viking and Norse to the menu as players take on rivals, animals and mythological beasts.
Vikings aren't known for their peaceful sowing circles but clans of honour-hungry warriors spoiling for a fight, either with each other, the land or a neighbour across the sea. Valnir Rok keeps all that raging viking culture trapped on the island of Valnir.
"Players will awaken to find themselves on Valnir Island and must do whatever it takes to survive in a land of wild animals, mythical beasts, and violent men. As a hardened Viking warrior, butcher your enemies in bloody combat, build and improve village structures, and form a clan to expand your power and reputation."
You start the game by awakening on a beach, exhausted and lacking in clothes. The wreckage of your ship and its now former crew are littered about. Here is where the survival adventure begins in Valnir Rok as you look to tame this unknown land. There's plenty to discover on the island such as deep caves, abandoned villages, burnt out ruins and many a rewarding quest. You can, when you're skilled enough, found your own settlements with other players and form clans.
