According to a brand new Unseen64 video, Nintendo won't be publishing Devil's Third in North America due to the publisher having lost faith in the product, explaining why the title didn't show up at Nintendo's Digital E3 event.

The video explains that early European reviews told of an inconsistent frame-rate and "less than sub-par" visuals brought together a game that "just isn't very good". One source states: "the game is just shocking in its incredibly poor production values, and above all, it's not even fun to play."

A separate publisher is already onboard and will be taking on the title according to another report from Siliconera.

The report states the publisher will be one that readers will be "quite familiar with", leading us to assume NIS America will be taking the reigns. Europe will still receive the Devil's Third on August 28 but we expect the North American release to be delayed.
