Louisiana Flood Disaster Delays Road Redemption's PC Launch To November 2016
The tragic natural disaster in the state of Louisiana has wrecked thousands of homes and lives, and that includes the not-so-polite Road Rash love-letter of Road Redemption.
Studio co-founder Ian Fisch of Dark Seas Interactive said their immediate priority right now is helping those affected find places to stay, but they hoped to get back to swinging chains on the back of motorcycles and kicking racers into oncoming traffic real soon.
Road Redemption is a spiritual successor to the quite excellent cult classic Road Rage where gangs of motorcycle racers tear through the roads and aren't afraid of swinging a chain or booting a competitor into brick walls, including the pesky highway patrol.
"We hope to have the whole team back to work on Road Redemption as quickly as possible but right now our priority is making sure that everyone on the team, and their families, have a safe place to stay," said Fisch.

Road Redemption is currently playable through Steam Early Access but was scheduled to fully launch October 15th. Now the release window has shifted to "at least November 2016 with console versions suffering similar delays." Xbox One was due Q1 2017.
