Dontnod Entertainment's Vampyr will be snacking on Londoners this November for PC and console, as we play as a recently turned Dr. Jonathan Reid.
We're a famous surgeon home from the terrible Great War that ravaged Europe and the UK, but now a deadly outbreak threats many more lives. Dr. Reid suffers the misfortune of being turned into a vampire against his will and now battles his inner desire for blood to survive.
Dontnod explore the consequences of trying to live so a duel life where you are both a healer and a killer. What's more there are vampire hunters and other monstrosities that lurk in the darkest alleyways of London.
Our choices will have profound effects on the people of the city as we delve into their lives and choose who among them we will feed from. If we are too blood thirsty we can end up condemning entire city areas to ruin, but we can also help should we make personal sacrifices.
"Use your unholy powers to manipulate and delve into the lives of those around you – but be prepared to live with the consequences of your actions. A web of interconnected citizens with unique lives and relationships react to your decisions, and killing just one may cause the downfall of an entire city district. Your actions will save or doom London."
Vampyr releases on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in November, 2017.
