Preacher Season 2 Character Posters Unveiled
Preacher, the hit AMC drama based on the comic book series of the same name, returns for its second series on June 25th and to celebrate that, four new character posters have been released.
The new season will see series regulars Dominic Cooper, Ruth Negga and Joseph Gilgun joined by several new cast members. Although their roles haven't been announced yet, new to the series are Game Of Thrones' Noah Taylor, Fargo and Better Call Saul's Julie Ann Emergy, Dear White People's Malcolm Barrett, Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Pip Torrens and 13 Reasons Why's Justin Prentice.
Based on Garth Ennis’ popular comic book series, Preacher sees Texas preacher Jesse Custer (Cooper), possessed by an entity known as Genesis, a being which endows him with the ability to make people obey him. This unique power intrigues a pair of angels named Fiore and DeBlanc, and, as a result, Jesse finds himself joining up with his ex-girlfriend, Tulip (Negga); and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Gilgun).
Preacher returns on June 25th on AMC.
