Chasing Dead Is A Zombie Game With A Sci-fi Twist Releasing This Week
Hope you're up for a new zombie experience with a sci-fi twist!
Both developed and published by 2020 Venture, Chasing Dead begins with a strange phenomenon in which another Earth appears in our skies. As you can guess, panic and anxiety sets in as the human race begins to make contact with the duplicate Earth. Are they a threat, a group of saviors, is it even occupied?
After no contact is made with the other world, a group of NASA astronauts and military soldiers are sent to collect intel from the mysterious planet. However, when they are never heard from again after their arrival, the US government hires you, Jake, a lone mercenary, to pick up the pieces of their disappearance. Jake is not only equipped with top-notch combat skills, but also immunity from any type of infection he might receive from the parallel Earth. Upon waking up from your crash-landing, the horrifying zombie world will take you to places with all sorts of climates, from the snowy Russian tundra, to the hot deserts of Afghanistan.
Chasing Dead hits Steam today, March 3rd, while the Wii U version will arrive on the eShop on March 4th for $29.99. A PS4 version is also in development. You can check out the environments in the screenshots below:
