Warhammer 40,000: Dawn Of War III Release Date Announced
Relic Entertainment's real-time strategy Warhammer 40,000: Dawn Of War III has been given a concrete release date. It's marching to war the last week of April.
Three factions vie for control of the planet Acheron where a catastrophic weapon has been found. The Ork warlord Gorgutz, the Eldar seer Macha and Space Marine commander Gabriel Angelos all want it and they aren't flipping a coin to decide.
Dawn of War III is Relic's most ambitious entry in their much-loved RTS series yet with huge armies and hulking war machines tearing up troops and landscapes all the same. Armies are customisable from the very beginning.
Elite squads will help tip the scales of bloodshed with their powerful bonuses and abilities. Battlefield scorching super abilities are on-hand too such as the Space Marine's Orbital Bombardment. There's a three-faction campaign to slog bloody war through.
