Bernd Diemer, a director for Yager Development previously working on Dead Island 2, has left the studio in favour of Horizon: Zero Dawn and Guerrilla Games.

Diemer announced the transition on Twitter but did not state his role at the studio. This news comes after the recent revelation that the Dead Island 2 project was pulled from Yager in July, after alleged quality concerns.

At the moment, Yager Developments is currently working on flight-combat simulator Dreadnought for a 2016 release on PC. Horizon: Zero Dawn is also expected to receive a 2016 release, exclusively on PlayStation 4.
