New Major Update Coming For The Elder Scrolls Online
We're very happy to hear that The Dark Brotherhood expansion isn't the last piece of content that we'll see for The Elder Scrolls Online for a while. Zenimax Online will be bringing an Argonian-themed update to the MMORPG this August in the form of Shadows of the Hist, the eleventh major update to the game.
Shadows of the Hist will include two new four-player dungeons available in Normal and Veteran difficulty flavours; Ruins of Mazzatun and Cradle of Shadows. Along with these dungeons, The Elder Scrolls Online will be getting new item sets, new achievements, new special rewards, and finally the ability to change your character's name and appearance via microtransaction.
The dungeon update itself will be free to those with an ESO Plus subscription or it'll cost you 1500 Crowns. Pricing for names and appearance changes have not yet been revealed, but we'll keep you updated.
The content arrives on August 1st for PC and Mac, heading for PS4 and XB1 on August 16.
