Dragon Quest Builders Demo Now Live On PlayStation Store For PS4 And Vita
Square Enix's sandbox action-RPG Dragon Quest Builders will be in our hands as a demo from today through the PlayStation Store. Alefgard needs rebuilding!
It's not just about swinging a sword and loot you know. All that destruction and strife means someone has got to get the shovel and trowel out and start rebuilding the world. The evil Dragonlord destroyed the land of Alefgard so it's time to roll up your sleeves.
"...players will use their creativity to build a variety of unique tools from the materials they gather, and rebuild towns and cities to restore life to the shattered world of Alefgard– a human realm destroyed and plunged into darkness by the menacing ruler of the monsters, the Dragonlord."
It is represented in a voxel style similar to that of Minecraft, in which it also shares a similar block-style approach to building, as well as mining and gathering resources. Monsters from the original Dragon Quest are also lurking in the wilderness.
Dragon Quest Builders releases on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Vita October 11th in the US, but only on PlayStation 4 and Vita October 14th in Europe.
