Sniper Elite 4 - Deathstorm Part 1 Announced
Rebellion has just announced the first major expansion for Sniper Elite 4 and it's a multi-part adventure that begins with Part 1: Inception next week.
It takes place after the events in the main game and this time Karl Fairburne must navigate the chilly north of Italy at a Nazi naval base that's been bombed by the Allies. He gets to finish the job but his primary focus concerns the secret Manhattan Project.
There's a packaged codenamed Deathstorm he must retrieve for the war effort. Also coming the same day as Deathstorm Part 1: Inception will be a smaller expansion pack called Night Fighter on March 21st. It includes new weapons, night-time camo rifle skins and new male and female chaarcter skins. There's also the introduction of a new multiplayer game mode called Elimination for free. There's a free multiplayer map called Night Woods too.
"This two-team mode for up to 12 players is all about trying to whittle down your opponent's numbers. If you kill an enemy player, they're forced to sit out on the sidelines. But if their team kills one of your teammates, they tag back in one of their sidelined comrades. In Elimination, all is not lost, even when you're 1 v 6."
Sniper Elite 4 - Deathstorm Part 1: Inception releases on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 March 21st, 2017.
