Mac Users Who Pre-Ordered Steam Hardware to Receive Free Valve Games
If you pre-ordered Steam Link or the Steam Controller for use with your Mac, you might want to check your inbox as neither product will work with your system out of the box.
As an apology, if you've pre-ordered these products you will receive The Valve Complete Pack, a $100 value pack of all Valve-created games from the past, present, and future. This pack includes Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Portal, Day of Defeat: Source, Half-Life, and more for your backlog.
If you're unsatisfied with the current situation, you can also request a refund which will not remove access to The Valve Complete Pack. Furthermore, the period for returns has been extended to 60 days from the date you receive your product.
Steam's hardware line is expected to launch on November 10.
