Outlander Back For Second Season In Spring 2016
The time-travelling combat nurse Claire Randall will be back for another season early next year and there's a fresh trailer teasing what's in store back in 1743. Things have moved from Britain to France when the show returns.
Caitriona Balfe plays as Claire and Sam Heughan as Scottish warrior Jamie Fraser who are forced into marriage in the first season. Claire was a combat nurse in 1945 but finds herself hurled back to the 18th century. We're always losing nurses that way since the budget cuts.
"Season Two of Outlander begins as Claire and Jamie arrive in France, hell-bent on infiltrating the Jacobite rebellion led by Prince Charles Stuart, and stopping the battle of Culloden.
