New Red Band Trailer For The Shape of Water
We’ve already seen one fantastic trailer and if the buzz coming out of its festival jaunts are anything to go by Guillermo del Toro’s latest The Shape of Water is going to be something very special - and now there's a new fantastic red band trailer too.
An otherworldly tale set against the paranoia of 1960’s America, in the hidden high-security government laboratory where she works, lonely Elisa (Sally Hawkins) is trapped in a life of silence and isolation, looked down upon because she's mute. Elisa’s life is changed forever when she and co-worker Zelda (Octavia Spencer) discover a secret classified discovery, a creature of the water (played by del Toro regular and creature expert, Doug Jones).
However, when she begins to bond with the creature, her superiors begin to view her and the burgeoning relationship as a threat.
Co-starring Michael Shannon and Richard Jenkins, The Shape Of Water will be in US cinemas on 8 December before heading to the UK for 16 February.
