Katamari Rolling Over to iOS and Android 'Soon' in New Mobile Title
A trademark filed in Europe warned us of its arrival but, at Jump Fiesta 2016, Bandai Namco have confirmed that the Clump Spirit will return 'soon' in the form of new mobile title Tap My Katamari.
The King of the Cosmos has broken all of the stars whilst singing in the shower and it's up to the Prince to sort out his mess, according to the funky reveal trailer. The game is being developed by Bandai Namco Studios Vancouver and is described as an 'action puzzle clicker game'.
According to the press release, the list of features includes:
• TAP the Katamari and start rolling!
• Pick up many unique objects
• Grow your Katamari to a legendary size
• Enlist 35 cousins who will help your Katamari grow with their strangest powers!
• Create a star with the Katamari and get precious star tokens
