The Sims 4: Vampires Announced

It's getting spooky as EA announces The Sims 4 will start officially sucking by the end of January as they introduce vampires with their latest Game Pack add-on.

An all-new neighbourhood called Forgotten Hollow joins and its residence don't do well in sunlight. Vampires can now stalk the town and Sims can be turned, created from scratch or even born as a vampire. This comes with new Create a Sim options too for customisation.

These new breed of Sims also get supernatural powers like turning into bats, running really fast or even beguiling their victims but not all powers are revealed. Only vampires are added and no other supernatural beings such as werewolves or witches, like in The Sims 3: Supernatural expansion.

"Wanting a whole family of Vampires? Sims can be born as a Vampire, but their powers won’t start until they age up in to Teenagers. You also won’t know until then if they got the Vampire genetics or not, as the Plumbob style won't change until then too. At that point, they’ll also stop naturally aging up. Don’t worry, you can get the trusty Birthday Cake out and age them up that way if you want to, or they can just live forever and continue their legacy in Forgotten Hollow."

The Sims 4: Vampires releases on PC January 24th, 2017.
